Henry Wyatt "Dub" Harvey
Jr.

Henry affectionately known to his
friends as "Dub" lost his battle against the "big C", cancer on April 5th, 2005.
He was the first Minuteman to join the Project and the first to leave. According
to leader Jim Gilchrist, Dub was the inspiration in getting the Minuteman
Project going.
He will never be forgotten!
We honor Henry for the honorable man he was; and he was a man who stood up for
what he believed in. Having been a border patrol agent and sheriff of San
Bernardino County, in California, he saw a need to help those in his new
community of Arizona. He took up the fight to stop illegal aliens from entering
into our country without the legal right to enter. Henry was a happy man. He
knew the law and was dedicated to his country. His favorite saying was "Life is
uncertain, eat desert first" in other words enjoy every day to the fullest. Wise
words. Henry is survived by his wife Kathryn, sons, Michael Wyatt, & Jeffery
Paul Harvey, his daughter, Tamara Gayle, step-son Terry Lee Long of Malaysia,
step daughter, Karen Denise Long of OK and his grandsons.
"WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME DON'T THINK WE ARE FAR APART, FOR EVERY TIME
YOU THINK OF ME, I'M RIGHT HERE IN YOUR HEART."
