This 911 Memorial Tear Drop Fountain by American Express is located across the street from Ground Zero. The fountain emits small drops of water that emulate the tears shed for the losses sustained from the destruction of the World Trade Center and all those lost as a result. If you decide to take the Tribute Center Tour, this memorial will appropriately be the exhibit you will experience at the end of the tour. I use the word appropriate because it is a simple but elegant reminder of the tears shed as a result of the losses sustained during the attacks on America.
